Dr. Racquel DeCaro, Chiropractic Physician

Dr. DeCaro is a board-certified Chiropractic Physician in the State of New Jersey. She received her Doctorate of Chiropractic from the University of Bridgeport College of Chiropractic in 2014. During her clinical studies at UBCC, she specialized in pediatric and prenatal care in addition to complex neuro-musculoskeletal conditions. Prior to this, Dr. DeCaro attended Iona College in New Rochelle, NY where she graduated with a bachelor’s degree in biology.

Dr. DeCaro is a member of the Association of New Jersey Chiropractors and American Chiropractic Association. She takes an evidence based and multi- disciplinary approach to get patients back to living a pain free and optimal life.

Dr. DeCaro is originally from Staten Island, NY. She currently resides in Freehold, NJ with her husband. In her free time, she enjoys traveling, cooking, and spending time with her husband and family.

James Valentine, Chiropractic Physician

Dr. James was born and raised in Old Bridge, NJ. Growing up he led a very active lifestyle with a passion in sports especially baseball. Dr. James decided he wanted to pursue a career in the Health Sciences with a primary focus in sports medicine. James graduated from the University of Delaware in 2016 where he attained his Bachelors in Exercise Science. James worked as a rehabilitation assistant at a multidisciplinary practice working hand in hand with chiropractors, physical therapists and pain management specialists. Dr. James continued his education at New York Chiropractic College where he obtained his doctorate in 2022. Dr. James believes that health can be achieved through a holistic approach and implementing small lifestyle changes.

In James’ free time he enjoys spending time with his family & friends, watching sports, and exercising.

Monika Lewczuk, PT

Monika graduated from the Academy of Physical Education and Rehabilitation in Poland. She obtained a United States Physical Therapy license in 2003. With over 20 years’ experience in the outpatient setting, she has extensive manual and therapeutic skills in addition to a vast knowledge in nutrition. In her free time Monika loves to spend time in nature, bike ride and hike down to the beach and lakes with her 3 kids.

Kingsley Fong, L Ac.

Kingsley is a licensed and board-certified Acupuncturist by the National Certification Commission for Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine. As a New Jersey-native, Kingsley grew up in Tinton Falls and attended the Monmouth County Academy of Allied Health and Science in Neptune. He completed his undergraduate studies in Biological Sciences at Rutgers University in New Brunswick, New Jersey, then studied Acupuncture at Pacific College of Oriental Medicine in New York, where he graduated with a Master’s of Science in Acupuncture.

In his decade of clinical practice, he has helped thousands of patients with Acupuncture and achieve a better quality of life. Kingsley specializes in treating musculoskeletal pain, sleep disturbances, stress & anxiety, and chronic pain conditions. In addition, he has advanced specialties in facial rejuvenation Acupuncture, tuina massage, cupping, and gua sha.

Frances Scala, MS PT

Fran has over 20+ years of Physical Therapy experience specializing in out – patient orthopedics. She graduated from The College of Staten Island Masters of Physical Therapy Program with honors. She initiated her career while working at an outpatient clinic in Brooklyn, New York while also teaching Anatomy labs at various college universities in Staten Island, Brooklyn and New York. Fran specializes in treating a variety of orthopedic and neurological conditions as well as home care physical therapy. Most of the clinics Fran has worked in are multi-disciplinary working alongside chiropractors, acupuncturists, nurse practitioners and massage therapists. Fran believes in a multidisciplinary approach for her clients in order to get them on their road to recovery quickly and effectively.

Pauline Izzo, Nurse Practitioner

Pauline Izzo earned her Master of Science Degree in Nursing from Chamberlain University and is a Family Nurse Practitioner.

She has over eight years of experience in a wide range of specialties including orthopedics, primary care, pain management, and aesthetics.   Pauline combines her education and experience to treat the whole person, taking into consideration their mind, body, and social aspects.  She loves to help her patients feel and look their best using the most natural way possible.  In her free time, Pauline enjoys cooking and spending time with her family and friends.

Sarah Johnson

Sarah is a licensed and board-certified Occupational Therapy Practitioner. She grew up in Monmouth County, NJ, and pursued her higher education at Quinnipiac University, where she earned her Bachelor’s Degree in Health Science and a Master’s Degree in Occupational Therapy.

Sarah’s decision to pursue a career in Occupational Therapy was driven by a passion for helping patients overcome physical limitations so they can do the things they want and need to do and continue to live full and meaningful lives. Her approach to therapy is rooted in the Model of Occupational Wholeness, which focuses on the four domains of occupation: Doing, Being, Becoming, and Belonging. In her personal time Sara enjoys crocheting, reading, and going for runs outside.
